# Safety and risks

> Important things to know before swapping or providing liquidity.

## This is a testnet

Topokki is currently on GIWA Sepolia. Test tokens have no real value, and test pools can have very little liquidity. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

## Before you trade

* Large trades in small pools can receive a worse price.
* The market can move before your transaction is confirmed.
* New tokens can be misleading, highly volatile, or behave differently from normal tokens.
* Check the token, amount, and wallet prompt before you sign.

## Before you provide liquidity

* Your token balance can change as the pool price moves.
* V3 positions earn fees only while their chosen range is active.
* Fees are not guaranteed and may not make up for price changes.

## Get help

If something looks wrong, do not sign the transaction. Keep the transaction link or wallet error message and contact the Topokki team through official community channels.
